I have a question about the rules of the game.

minibeezy has correctly answered the trivia question, however he has informed me that he is not yet on the good traders list. He has offered to let me hold the package until he completes his first trade, or he says I can send it to the next contestant who correctly answered the question.

Any suggestions or comments? I don't want to break the rules, but I also dont want to necessarily exclude him for a technicalitly.

Okay so I'm hoping some of you like movies.. So this works like the fun and games pass so same rules apply. 1 answer per 24 hours, """must be on the good trader list"""" and the winner is to be sent at least 4 cigars. More if the sender would like too. Nothing has to be super premium but it's always a pleasant surprise. So I'll start the thing rolling...
Not My call just a reminder what rules were set and i think every game has pretty much stuck by the rules i have seen these questions before..

Im sure what we have done in the past is to hold the package until his winner recieves their package, best resolution I think.

Must love is correct. One way to get on is for the first person to hold the prize until the n00b sends his out and we have received confirmation.
