What is the difference between Sumatra and Maduro?

I'm sure others will chime in with more detail, but sumatra is a strain of seed, maduro is a fermentation process. I suppose any leaf can be maduro'd, but it's often connecticut broadleaf.

To get a maduro, leaves are tightly bundled together and stored so the temperature inside the bundles gets up to around 120 degrees, cooking the leaves to darken them and alter their flavor.
